Legal documents
For the protection of all parties involved the agency uses multiple legal documents for all work. These documents are 'incorporated by reference' into any signed documentation. Details in the signed documentation override the terms here, but in the absence of any specifics, the terms here are implied.
These documents are referenced when starting any generic booked work or custom project with the agency and should be consulted before signing. In addition to clients; freelancers, team members and investors are also bound by the terms.
For any work prior to 2025, the legal terms will have been provided in pdf format and will not be available here..
MSA
The Master Services Agreement (MSA) is the foundation of all work carried out by the agency and for all third parties.
IP (Schedule A)
This document is concerned with the Intellectual Property (IP) of work produced by the agency.
SOW (Schedule B)
The Statement of Work (SOW) outlines underlying terms for work undertaken. Work specifics are known at the time of booking or signing.
SOW Pt. 2 (Schedule C)
The Statement of Work (SOW) Pt.2 is the 'project sign off'. This outlines the core terms of project sign off. The specifics are outlined in the signature document.
Termination (Schedule D)
The terms following a complete termination of any ongoing services or agency licenses.
