Onboarding Stages
01
Core Understanding & Legal agreements
You will learn about the agency work, the types of work on offer for you. The official start comes after signing the legal agreement

Tool training and initial work
You will be given access to the agency tools and given training in their use.
This will equip you for your initial project which will likely be for the agency (Cat A work).

Lead/Client interactions and work
The next stage will involve communicating with leads and clients (using our communications guidance) and attending meetings where needed. This stage may involve direct Cat B work.
04
Solo automony / specialisms
At this stage you are given projects to work on with complete automony (independence according to project deadlines) and may have carved out a specialism, or preferred, type of work.
