We've outlined 3 simple guidelines to help you when leaving a review. Guideline 1 is applicable to video testimonials only, while the remaining to apply to both video and written testimonials.

Please follow these 3 simple guidelines.

Videos: Quiet background, relaxed, natural.
If you are able to record a video testimonial please record in landscape mode, in a quiet place and where possible, in a room with a plain background (such as a uncluttered painted wall).
Head and shoulders in shot like the below image.
Relax and speak as if you were having a conversation.

What to say: Specifics
Please first introduce yourself, your business, your role at the business and what your business does.
Following your introduction you can follow up with a few sentences about any of the following:
- Why you choose to work with us
- What you enjoyed about working with us - responsiveness? onboarding? problem solving? training? personalised solutions? easy to use systems?
- Whether you would work with us again.
- What kind of businesses or problems you'd recommend Digiful for.
Rather than reference the name of the person/s you dealt with, name a please refer to the agency name Digiful.

What NOT to say: Pricing, discounts, website building
Why not mention these 3 things?
- Pricing is sometimes set specficially for individualised solutions and can't be given be promised again.
- Discounts are time sensitive and may not be available when the review is seen.
- Website building is a 'background service', it is not advertised. If your project was a website setup instead focus on other areas as listed in point 2 under specifics linked to your project working experience, rather than the end result.
