CLIENT ASSETS & COMPETITION POSITIONING

Module 1: RESEARCH & SETUP

In this opening module we ensure we have clarity on your business and goals, along with setting up benchmark data collection which will inform our actions.

This module is a crucial starting point, setting the stage for the rest of the work.

1.1. Full Brand Strategy Report

A foundational report looking at your brand positioning and narrative, visual identity, competition, benchmarking website analysis and content strategy. If a previous core keyword has been established, the current SERP position is benchmarked.

1.2. Customer journey route analysis

We will visually map out all customer journey routes for analysis in this module and Module 2 and 4.

1.3 Tech gap analysis and recommendations.

We consider where tools can assist gaps in your customer journey.

1.4. Keyword Deep Dive with SERP benchmarking

We deep dive into all relevant types of keywords for your business. For each of these relevant keywords we benchmark the Search Engine Results Page position (SERP). Keywords include:

  • Related terms that support the primary keyword and help cover related topics in the content.
  • Long-Tail Keywords

Exclusion notes:

  • 1.1 The client is not charged for the usage of tools and platforms used by the agency for analysis during the period this work takes place.
  • 1.2 The setup of tools that require specific client specific licensing, are 'on-demand tools' (meeting booking platforms and chatbots etc) or have client specific setups are not included in the costs here. These tools may also have reccuring month to month costs.
  • 1.3 Following the conclusion of work, unless a monthly retainer is in place, the client may be charged for ongoing costs of analysis tools.
  • 1.4 These modules and monthly retainers use a suite of 'core tools' without cost to the client. If alternative tools are needed this may incur additional costs.
