Profitability Phases

The below chart illustrates a 3 phase approach to profitability. The stages show a decrease in 'Guided Learning' and a steady increase in delivery capacity and selling capacity.


Profitability is aligned strongly with time efficiency, along with reducing 'guided learning' and replacing this with 'Ai/self learning'. From Phase 1 to Phase 3:

  • ↑ Increase in Delivery (actual client work)
  • ↑ Increase in Learning via Ai and being self taught - more autonomy and self directed learning/problem solving.
  • ↑ Increase in Selling
  • ↓ Decrease in Delivery (guided) - Less reliance on long instructions/videos/manual Q&A as the Ai chatbot delivers more answers and the KB reaches a certain point of expansion.


Time efficiency is acheived by using Ai for learning and Automation for admin churn (our own internal processes).

This frees up time to enrich current client relationships and follow up on leads for new deals - thus positively compounding profitability margins while safeguarding human interaction.
