The below chart illustrates the 3 phase approach to profitbility. The stages show a decrease in 'Guided Learning' and a steady increase in delivery capacity and selling capacity.


Profitability is aligned strongly with time efficiency, along with reducing 'guided learning' and replacing this with 'Ai/self learning'. From Phase 1 to Phase 3:

  • ↑ Increase in Delivery (actual client work)
  • ↑ Increase in Learning via Ai and being self taught - more autonomy and self directed learning/problem solving.
  • ↑ Increase in Selling
  • ↓ Decrease in Delivery (guided) - Less reliance on long instructions/videos/manual Q&A as the Ai chatbot delivers more answers and the KB reaches a certain point of expansion.


The greater the time efficiency by using Ai for learning, Automation in delivery (client work/support/our own internal processes) - the more time is freed up for selling new deals - and thus positively compounding the profitability.
