Important notes on these tools

Use of the agency discounted licenses follows the legal terms on Schedule C which will be incorporated into your contract by reference.

Specific tool usage notes are below.

* 1. Specific tool conditions applicable to all plans
  • With the exception of the Roboalp platform - these plans only cover licenses. There are additional costs for setup/support of these tools, should you wish the Agency to do this. Alternatively you are free to set these tools up yourself.
  • Endorsal and Trafft tools do not include optional SMS costs. These can be added as and when needed.
  • New Oaks professional chatbot monthly fee covers all features in the Professional plan - but not complimentary token usage. An Ai key must be setup with the clients card to ensure PAYG usage. Limits can be set on consumption.
**⚡ 2. MAX plan conditions
  • 2.1 All conditions applicable in clause 1 above are applicable to this plan also.
  • 2.3 The 'version' (Vx.x) of the plan determines what platforms are available for your subscription. New platforms will be added with priority for legacy subscribers. These platforms will be added as complimentary where possible for MAX plan subscribers only. Where this is not possible they may be added to 'new versions' (i.e V1.1) which existing subscribers will have the option to upgrade to.
  • A new tool may not be available for an existing MAX plan because either or both of the following factors are in play:
  • Considerable additional cost (which means the MAX plan bundle price increases above your current payment)
  • Limited availability.
  • There is no obligation as far as the Agency is concerned for a client to change their current plan if that is what works for them.
  • 2.4 If the number of platforms offered in the ⚡ MAX plan bundle reduces for reasons outside the Agency control, the cost will not decrease until it is clear that the RRP monthly value of the tools is less than the current bundle price. In this scenario the price may decrease or the plan may be discontinued and customers will switch to a ⊞ BUILD plan.
