Platform Implementation Costs

Although our core plans cover the cost many tools used used by the Agency, some platforms/setup services can not be included.

Platforms and custom setup are not included in plans and packages (except in very rare cases where explicity stated) if they:

  • ☑️ require client specific licensing (and have a one time or monthly license cost)

Using Trafft for MDWC

How your leads and customers will use Trafft.


1) Customer books

Customer either:

a)Uses the location date selector then Trafft to book a pricing appointment.

b) Customer books an annual gutter clean between fixed days/hours.

2) Accept/Reject

Accept or reject no the mobile app. Contact them to suggest alternative date if needed.

3) Email reminders

Email reminders and optional sms reminders go out to your and your customer.

Rollout will occur in 2 phrases which will alter Step 1 (customer booking):

  • Initial phase will suggest dates using custom functionality (try the date selector) for the customer to select on Trafft
  • Future phase will dynamically generate buttons with the exact date/location.

Round Date Selector (Demo)

The below demo prototype uses a sample of locations with set weeks (i.e 1 = 1st week of the month etc).


Prototype functionality:

  • Locations can be grouped together on a specific week (and more than 1 week if needed).
  • This functionality suggests the dates, the Trafft system can lock down the time ranges.
  • The demo is set to find week numbers by the first Monday of a month being 'Week 1'. It can also find week numbers by strict calendar dates.
  • Currently it is set to show the next 2 sets of dates for a location, this can be changed to just 1 set or more than 2 sets.

Core functionality

Unlimited locations can be added.
Multiple week numbers - Each location can align with one or multiple week 'numbers'. This means locations can be worked on 'Week 1' and 'Week 5' (if it exists in the month)
Dynamic dates - Dates for each 'week number' are found dynamically either by strict calendar dates or per the first Monday of each month.
Holidays excluded - All UK bank holidays and Christmas dates excluded.

Extra flexibility

Set the number of future dates - The demo currently shows the next 2 sets of dates. This can be adjusted to just show 1 set or more than 2 sets giving more future scope to bookings.
Temporary location rotation - For holidays or short staffing - set up a temporary location week rotation between specific dates. After the temporary 'holiday date range', the default location weeks will apply.
Choose working days - Specify the days you work on any 'week number'. i.e on Week 1 you could work Monday - Thursday, on Week 2 you could work Monday - Friday etc.

What's included in your Trafft setup

Step 1) Brand setup

We configure a new license and ensure the account is fully branded setup with your logo and brand messaging.

Step 2) Core services, locations and times

We set up your services with compelling images and text, along with your operational locations and availability.

Step 3) Team setup (optional)

Once your core services are established we set up unlimited team members with their services, availability and locations.

Step 4) Calendar Sync

Next we setup integration between your Trafft account and your (and your employees if needed) Google Calendars.

Step 5) Primer content (optional)

We add any needed primer content or functionality to the website you wish to display the booking system on. This could be clarifications on services or available dates.

Step 6) Website integration

We test custom embeds into your website. You can choose from a single integration or choose specific services to only show on certain pages.

Step 7) Automated email reminders

We configure automatic email reminders. You can choose a number of email reminders configured for different frequencies such as 1 week before and 1 day before.

Step 8) SMS setup (Optional)

If you choose the optional SMS add on we setup this up a similar way to the email reminders in Step 6.

Step 9) Integrations

We ensure customer and lead details from your Trafft account are captured into Brevo or your current email marketing platform (if available in Zapier).

Step 10) Final details

The final details of each service are fine tuned including coupons and recurring appointments. At this stage we can also setup automated post appointment future discount offers.

Testing & Launch

In our final test we thoroughly test out all services for yourself and any employees. Once you are happy with the process we can go live.
